The Eckold HF100 series Handformer
is a stationary machine with a manual drive that
replaces laborious hammer work when forming metal. It is
suitable for shrinking and stretching metal sheets and
profiles up to a thickness of 1.5 mm (16 gauge). The
single stroke of the Handformer makes it possible to
operate tools for notching, punching and edging. The
HF100K includes one set of FWA405SSP Shrinking and
FWR407SSP Stretching Jaws. The HF100PA100 is equipped
with a pneumatic drive and foot pedal which allows for
hands free operation.

Eckold Handformer Tooling
Eckold forming tools can deal with different shapes and
materials qualities. The desired result is reached
step-by-step with each stroke equaling one step. Forward
feed and pressure are applied to control the forming.
Eckold machinery is precise and produces minimum of
noise. All wear and tear parts of the tooling can be
replaced individually.

Eckold HZ51 Hand Plier
This Manually operated plier type tool can be used for 3
different ranges of applications. Shrinking, Stretching
or clinching operations can be performed. Clinching is
achieved by joining two sheets of metal without using
rivets, bolts, staples, welds, etc. Jaws are ordered
separately.

KTC111 Power Shrinker &
Stretcher Set
The KTC111 Air powered Shrinker and Stretcher is
designed to be small and economical but powerful enough
to correct many simple problems. The Shrinker and
Stretcher are mounted on a rugged, welded and coated
frame with an air cylinder, built-in speed control and
quick release pin for an easy switch over from one task
to another. They are controlled with a 3-way foot pedal
giving a single stroke for each step on the pedal. Each
unit has a 5/8” depth and can produce curves with a
radius of 3”. Capacity: mild steel up to 18 gauge and
aluminum up to 16 gauge capacity.
KTC Shrinker & Stretcher
The KTC111 series Shrinker KTC111-1 and Stretcher
KTC111-2 are designed to be small and economical but
powerful enough to correct many simple problems. The
hand operated press provides a 45 to 1 leverage ratio.
The Shrinker and Stretcher are exceptional metal formers
and are great for making smooth radius bends in sheet
metal without cutting, heating or hammering the
material. They can be mounted in a vise or bolted to a
work bench. Each unit has a 5/8” depth and can produce
curves with a radius of 3”. Capacity: mild steel up to
18 gauge and aluminum up to 16 gauge capacity. Weight 15
lbs.
