The KTC283 series countersink cutters are made from
quality High Speed Steel. Precision ground to exacting
tolerances and relieved to ensure concentricity of the
countersink angle. Cutters are designed to work with all
adjustable stop or mirco-stop countersinking units.
Three flute design with a ¼” x 28 threaded shank. They
are also used with angle drills and attachments with the

The KTC917 series Carbide Tipped series countersink
cutters are made from quality High Speed Steel and are
carbide tipped for a longer cutting life. They are
precision ground to exacting tolerances and relieved to
ensure concentricity of countersink angle. The cutters
are designed to work with all adjustable stop or
mirco-stop countersinking units. Two flute design, 100°
with a ¼” x 28 threaded shank. Intended for use on
highly abrasive and hard materials. Units feature a thru
hole to facilitate the various pilot sizes with only one
cutter. The pilot is locked into place with the use of a
set screw and can be change easily. KTC918 Pilot sold
separately. (see below)
